Our Facilities

Air-conditioned and ADSL with wireless connection conference venue can accommodate up to max 14 delegates per day.   Overnight accommodation is available for 16 people (sharing) or 8 people (single).

Further accommodation is available at the adjacent guesthouse - Harbour view Lodge.

Conditions

Reservation policy

• Reservations to be confirmed in writing
• 50% deposit of the total conference amount will be required upon confirmation
• All prices inclusive of VAT
• Rates are subject to change without notification

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be confirmed in writing
• Cancellation 10 days or less before arrival forfeit full deposit
• Cancellation from 11 days - 30 days forfeit 25% of the deposit.

In the event of a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged.

Early Departure

• The full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed will be charged

Terms and Conditions

• All functions/conferences must be finished by the prescribed times, unless a later time is agreed upon in writing.
• Any functions/conferences that continue after the prescribed times, a charge of R850 per hour will be levied.
• Client will be responsible for any damages caused to furnishings, breakables or equipment during the conference.
• Bookings are held on a provisional basis for 48 hours.
• All bookings to be in writing and confirmation form signed and faxed back. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
