As guests staying with us at Celtic Manor Retreat you are invited to use the Jacuzzi and Sauna between 1700 and 2000 hours.

Please make a booking with one of the staff if you wish to make use of this facility. For your own comfort and safety please note that alcohol is not permitted in the spa.

Reception Hours
Reception hours are from 0800 to 1800 hours. Should you require an early check out please arrange with reception the day before departure.

James is on duty until 20h00 hours - Please note that 2 staff members live on the property and in the event of an emergency can be contacted on 084 787 3588.

Gratuity
If you have enjoyed your stay and received good service please feel free to add a gratuity fee to the final amount of your invoice, as this is not included in our room rates. This amount will be equally distributed among guesthouse staff, unless otherwise indicated.

Wireless Internet
Wireless internet is available - should you wish to make use of this facility please obtain the access code from the office. A daily charge of R50 will be added to your bill.

Keys
Please ensure that your keys are kept safe when leaving the premises, and please remember to hand them in before your final departure.

Laundry
Please place all laundry, along with completed laundry list, in the bag provided for collection after breakfast. Housekeeping will collect it from your room and return it within 24 hours. Laundry is priced per item.

Magazines
Magazines are provided in your room but we kindly ask that you do not remove them from the property.

Mini Bar
The mini bar in your room is stocked daily and items used will be added to your bill.

Pool Towels
Pool towels are available in the rooms as allocated by staff

Dinners
Dinners can be arranged upon request. Please contact reception for more information.

Reservations
Please contact reception to arrange reservations for attractions, car rental, day tours, theatre tickets, etc.

Restaurants
Please refer to our 'Restaurant List' at reception for a selection of good quality restaurants in our local area. We are more than happy to make a reservation for you.

Safe
Valuables, passports, etc. can be kept in the mini safe in your room.

Television
You will find your SABC, E-TV and M-Net channels.
