  PLEASE NOTE Bookings All bookings need to be paid in full on the day of booking, otherwise your booking can be released without notice. We only accept children older than 12 years. We are a non-smoking establishment (there is one allocated outside area for smoking) Check-In time is from 14:00 until 18:00 (please inform us of your estimated time of arrival) Arrivals before or after these times, need to be confirmed by the guesthouse before booking. Arrivals after 20:00 are not possible Check-Out time is before 11:00. No one-night bookings. For Peak Season, only a minimum of 7 nights booking is accepted. Food Breakfast buffet is served from 8:00 until 9:30 We don’t serve lunch or dinner. (there are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood) No self-catering.
