RESERVATION POLICY
- All bookings need to be secured with a 50% deposit on the day of booking, otherwise your booking can be released without notice
- The full balance must be paid 1 month before arrival or your booking will be cancelled without prior notice.
- Credit Card facilities available for VISA/MASTER CARD
The Credit Card, used for paying the reservation, must be presented at check-in. Also, all guests must have a valid identification present at check-in.
- Any bank charges resulting from a payment by the guests shall be for the guest’s account.
- Check In time is from 14:30 until 18:00 (please inform us of your estimated time of arrival). Arrivals before or after normal check in time need to be confirmed by the guest house before booking.
- Check Out is before 10:30
- Please note that we are a non-smoking establishment. No smoking is allowed inside nor on the balconies of the rooms. Smoking is only permitted in one allocated outside area.
- Breakfast is served from 8:00 till 9:30
CHILD POLICY
Please be advised we only accept children older than 12 years old.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations from 3 months up to 31 days prior to your arrival:
- 50% of the total booking cost will be charged
- Cancellations from 30 days prior to your arrival:
100% of the total booking cost will be charge
- In case of arriving later, departing earlier or non-arrivals, the full rate is due.
- Celtic Manor levies a 25% administration fee on any refunds processed
- On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the booking, Celtic Manor will refund the applicable amount within 7 working days
